How to start work out plan

 Now, if you are like my past self you know what I'm talking about, 'I'm  really so busy  , or maybe ' I'm too tired', or maybe 'I have to much work to finish'. Is this the situation you are in to ? Well maybe you are at the right place. 

To tell you I'm the laziest person on the earth and making something my habit is really difficult . But if I have the determination to do something then ya you might as well give it a try . I'm going to share with some tricks to make you want to do work out daily .

Why is daily exercise important. 

Daily exercise is important because it keeps our bodies healthy and strong . It helps improve our mood, boosts energy levels, and reduces the risk of diseases. Plus, it's a great way to have fun and stay active . 

Daily exercise is also important for students because it has many benefits for both their physical and mental well-being. Regular physical activity can help improve concentration and focus, enhance memory and cognitive function, and reduce stress and anxiety. It also promotes better sleep, which is crucial for academic performance. So, staying active can really give students an extra boost in their studies.

1. Set a fix time.

Setting a fixed time for your workout is important because it helps you establish a routine and makes it easier to stick to your exercise goals. When you have a specific time set aside for exercise, it becomes a regular part of your day, just like brushing your teeth or eating meals. Plus, having a set time can also help you mentally prepare and get in the right mindset for your workout. So, go ahead and schedule that workout time.

2. Start with simple exercises .



You don't have to have a workout plan as a cricketer or footballer for the start. You can start with  4 to 5 exercises daily for a week . And for the next week you can change the style and switch to yoga , than again switch to dance, than maybe heavy exercise, than again switch to something easy . This will help you to not get bored and get excited to learn something new. 

3. Never say never.



You can do it. No matter how much work you have or how much tired you are tell yourself that ''everyone have 24 hours a day, removing time is  your duty to stay healthy''. Once you'll say I'll skip today is the day your whole routine is skipped. 

4. Try and make workouts fun 



Trying to make exercise fun can be motivating to yourself.  Like including your family or friends /Going in the sports club or gyms can make it fun to work and communicate with your friends, family or new people.  

5. Try and keep healthy treats .



Treating yourself with healthy treats like lemon juice or your favorite fruit after exercise does motivate me to keep going.  Like having some shakes or juice after exercise can make you feel a sence of reward. 


Lastly it is all on your willpower and your motivation to stay healthy.  It is of no use if you watch videos or read about be motivated for 2 day and than gone. It is a continuous process.  Lack of exercise can cause a variety of negative effects on our bodies and minds. Physically, it can lead to weight gain, weakened muscles and bones, increased risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes, and reduced overall fitness. Mentally, it can contribute to low mood, decreased energy levels, poor sleep quality, and impaired cognitive function. So, it's important to stay active and keep reaping the benefits of exercise!
